I didn't think I would enjoy it. Ive never liked the idea of a PT telling me 'come on lets do this' but it was amazing. I felt that you knew my limits. You knew how far to challenge me. I liked being told how many reps left and I am doing good, push through. You were really encouraging. It was amazing I really enjoy it.

Chanelle has given me the confidence to believe in myself, I've has a knee injury for years and was very off and on with prescribed exercises that would get me running again. I didn't think I could be fit again but I feel strong, look better and feel fitter. She pushes me, encourages me, listens to me and adjusts my workouts according to any aches or pains (shoulder & wrist), she has pinpointed the shoulder issue and I have booked an appointment with the osteopath to hopefully correct it! Biggest win: No beer for 6weeks.
Doing a Barcelona walk at the start of my journey I was dripping with sweat breathless feeling horrible with only one suitcase. Done this same walk 3 months later with 2 suitcases and a laptop and I was fine. Slight sweat but no breathlessness. My Deliveroo addiction is gone and i'm happily able to eat more clean.
Couldn't get my favourite jeans up last month, now they fit.

I am enjoying the 1:1 sessions. I am gaining strength and confidence. When I started I would never go into the weight lifting area. I feel comfortable when training with Chanelle and have now gone into this area on my own on a few occasions.

I have gained knowledge in terms of weights, form and machines and am motivated to go to the gym. I feel much stronger and am enjoying each session. I can feel my body changing and have noticed small changes in the mirror, I feel more awake generally and positive now I am in a routine. I have more confidence overall. I am trying to strengthen my muscles as I am prone to injuries. I am doing my best to avoid this but notice joint pain such as hip, knee ankle and wrist. I have been doing stretch, strengthen and mobilise movements with Chanelle. I can already feel the difference. however I want to be sure they are fully heeled before going off on my own and re injuring myself.

Thank you!! Thank you for all the help you have given me, It has really built up my confidence so far and I can really tell the difference in my strength. Like I said, before just putting the weighted bar (20kg) on my back to squat would have felt heavy, but now I don't even feel it. Lifting more that I would have imagined.
