About ME!
Hey, I am Chanelle Warrington-Samuels.
I became a person who would say "new year, new me, I'll start then", but never did. I gained weight and I lost body confidence and didn't feel myself anymore.
When I started attending the gym I struggled at first due to:
- Lack of confidence
- No idea what to do once I got there
- Self conscious about the weight I had gained and how I looked
I kept going regardless of that because I needed to be out of this current situation and feeling. I began being kind to myself, confidence increased along with knowledge and understanding of what to do in the gym (I didn't have tictok or pay much attention to Instagram at this point).
I got in the shape of my life and then had my first child, my beautiful daughter. During pregnancy I was worried about training so I stopped and turned to mobility and yoga. Fast forward to post pregnancy, my gym goals went on hold and family became my priority. I soon realised putting ME first is putting my family first and continued to focus on my health, strength and wellbeing. I invested in a Personal Trainer who supported me to increase strength and confidence in a short period. The life I gained, the self-love and positivity that consumed me is the reason I support women to do the same, this is what I have built my business on.
Supporting others to become the best version of themselves. Learning and understanding how to not only reach goals safely, but to maintain and develop throughout life. It truly is an honour!!
The Key is to understand effective strategies that work for you.
Contributing Factors; Nutritional understanding, Sleeping 7-8hrs, Good Environment, Decreasing/ Managing Stress, Physical exercise/ movement.
Becoming a healthier version of you can be challenging at first but once strategies that are specific to you and your lifestyle you will succeed!!
Positive changes, behaviours and habits add to a lifestyle that promotes good health through nutrition and physical activities and the contributing factors previously listed. This turns life's challenges into BIG achievements.
Now, I continue to train and develop knowledge to provide the best results and services to support YOU. I urge to give YOU a feeling of self belief with a CAN DO attitude, because if I can do it YOU can too!
