Antenatal & Postnatal

"Should I take part in physical activities while pregnant?". This is a common question & the answer is YES! Keeping the body moving supports safe & healthy deliveries, however it is critical to know the DO's & DON’Ts during & after pregnancy to avoid risk of injuries. 

Mobility, Flexibility & Exercise Referral

Mobility is the ability to move freely & easily with a wide range of motion. Over time, with stress & tension, joints and muscles get tight. By working through movement patterns the body's ability to move the joints & muscles freely becomes natural. This can be accomplished through stretching, strengthening and mobilising joints and muscles.

Strength

Strength training supports the forming of muscles, 

encouraging definition and toning to sculpt the body to the preference of an individual. It hugely supports the body structure, encourages weight loss/maintenance, & reduces the risk of back pain and injury. Increased muscle mass reduces risk of chronic illness and increases life spam.

HIIT & Circuit

This is high intensity interval training that engages muscles in feeling tension through high repetitions and short recovery periods. Heart rate stays up while burning large amounts of fat in a short space of time.
